Some Observation of military equipment purchased from 2001 to 2016  :

Myanmar Army :

Tank Force :

• Myanmar has 50 MBT-2000 from China. (Band New)
• Myanmar has 14 SECOND HAND T-72S from Ukraine (Myanmar Claims 139 which is a lie)
• Myanmar Army has 25 Second Hand Type-59D Tank China 
• Myanmar received 10 Second Hand T-55 Tank From India

Air Defence:

• Myanmar Army has 4 Batteries KS-1A SAM and 200 Missile which has a range of 50KM.(Band New)
• Myanmar Army received 2 second hand Kvadrat-M SAM and 100 missiles which has a range of 50 KM from Belarus..
• Myanmar has 38 Tanguska Mobile Air Defence System and 600 Missile
• Myanmar Has 1 Second Hand Pechora-2M SAM and 50 Missile from Russia
•  Myanmar Army has 2000 Igla-1 MANPADs with ToT produced in Myanmar

Artillery:

• Myanmar Army 90 Second Hand 105mm towed artillery M-46 and M-101 from Serbia (36+18+36)
• Myanmar Received 100 Second Hand 122mm D-30 towed Artillery from Russia.
• Myanmar Army has 20 Type -90B MLRS from China
• Myanmar Army has 20 Type -81 MLRS from China
• Myanmar Has Only 6 SH-1 155mm SPH from China ( Myanmar falsely Claims 78)
• Myanmar has 30 Nora-B Basic Version 155 SPH from Serbia
•  Myanmar received 10 Second Hand 105mm gun from India

 Myanmar Air Force :

• Myanmar received  total 32 Mig-29 from Russia
• Myanmar has total 120 R-27 BVR Missile
• By 2017 Myanmar Will receive 16 JF-17 Block 2 from china
• Myanmar received 10 Second Hand Mi-24 from Russia
• Myanmar has 24 K-8 Aircraft assembled in Myanmar (Falsely claimed Myanmar manufactured K-8)
• Myanmar Received 12 CH-3 UAV from China

• Myanmar Navy has 30 C-801 Missile from China
• Myanmar Navy has total 80 C-802 Anti Ship Missile
• Myanmar Navy has 25 HY-2 AShM from China.
