Myanmar Army received 4 HQ-12/KS-1 Medium Range Surface to Air Missile system.Total Myanmar received 24 launcher vehicle with 48 ready to fire missile.

This Missile have a range of 50 KM and altitude of 27 km which can shoot down Russian Mig-29 of Bangladesh and American F-16 of Thailand.
Bangladesh has 2 FM-90 SAM with 12 launcher currently.

Myanmar also use S-125 Neva/Pechora medium range SAM.This Air Defence weapon has a range of 35 KM.
